Anu Sahi is the managing partner of Asahi Partners.
Prior to executive search, Anu spent several years in advisory services with leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, AT Kearney and PricewaterhouseCoopers. At McKinsey, Anu led professional development for a cohort of 80 consultants across five offices. In this role, she was responsible for talent assessment, career development, and performance evaluation for consultants. Prior to that, she was a management consultant with AT Kearney and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she advised financial services, consumer goods, retail, and pharmaceutical clients on corporate strategy, operational improvement and organizational design issues.
Anu’s business background allows her to bring a strategic, analytical and comprehensive approach to every search. With deep roots in the professional services industry, she prides herself on building strong and collaborative partnerships with clients and candidates alike. Anu holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Biochemistry from Rutgers College.
Cecilia Dang is an executive recruiter at Asahi Partners, focusing primarily on mid to senior Strategy and Operating roles within the Financial Services industry.
Prior to joining Asahi Partners, Cecilia spent 10+ years working for several leading organizations including McKinsey & Company, JPMorgan and Wilson Sonsini. Cecilia started her career recruiting early career professionals at the post MBA and advanced degrees levels. She later transitioned to recruiting mid to senior level strategic roles and began to specialize in this space. Recruiting has always been a passion for Cecilia, as she is dedicated to helping candidates find their next career opportunity while meeting her client’s strategic needs. Cecilia prides herself in bringing a thoughtful and collaborative approach to executive search, creating strong relationships with clients and candidates that result in successful placements.
Cecilia earned her Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of California at Davis.
Holly Denning is the recruiting coordinator at Asahi Partners.
After spending 12 years in the restaurant industry, Holly looked to utilize her fast-paced customer service skills in more analytical roles. She gained professional experience working for a private-equity service provider, wealth management advisors, and a financial technology company before making the move to Asahi Partners. Holly aims to integrate her love of organization and attention to detail to provide excellent support and efficient service for clients and candidates.
Holly holds a bachelor of arts degree in social science from California State University, Channel Islands and a master of arts degree in social science with a concentration in demographic and social analysis from the University of California, Irvine.
